clear/reset queue manually

I wish there was a way for me to clear/reset the queue myself regularly (eg. every week). Then I could have the queue post over the weekend, but I could stop it from growing big enough to cause errors.

(I used to have this app set to "Post them the next day" so that it would collect a queue and continue to post tweets over the weekend while our office is closed. However, as we upload sometimes hundreds of products every week, our queue grew too big and caused errors with the app. The support staff cleared the queue for us, and asked us to change the option to "do not post." This solved the error problem, but I miss the queue function.)
